Order schedules are determined by each product’s level of complexity. Formals can take more than eight weeks, and our couture bridal pieces can take more than sixteen weeks.
QUICK TRACK ORDERS
It’s crucial to remember that in order to prevent shipping delays, a complete advance payment must be made when placing a fast-track order. This payment must include the order amount as well as any applicable delivery fees. Unless there is a different agreement with the company, this payment rule is applicable. Furthermore, upon acceptance of a fast-track order, documentation of the event date must be submitted. There are two categories of fast-track orders: formal fast-track orders, which require delivery in 60 calendar days or less, and bridal fast-track orders, which require delivery in 90 calendar days or less.
DELIVERY
Estimates will be shared with the customer closer to the day of dispatch. Shipping costs are determined by the item’s weight and the delivery location. Products must be shipped FOB (Free on Board), meaning that when they are delivered to the assigned carrier, the customer will be responsible for any damage and title. The actual cost of the courier may vary depending on the third-party courier. Products are shipped both domestically in Pakistan by TCS and internationally by DHL. The client is responsible for paying all associated taxes and levies. We will send the customer information for order tracking as soon as an order is shipped.
